Cycle3 IT Staffing is seeking a CRM Administrator for a permanent opportunity in Arkansas.
SUMMARY
Administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications; responsible for maintaining the CRM systems support and updating function on a day-to-day basis. Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks; familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Meets with management discussing system updates
· Provides daily leadership to team members to complete tasks and meet objectives
· Train, coach, and support users of CRM software
· Editing and customizing CRM to fit needs of company
· Providing central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations
· Building custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
· Maintaining control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges
· Importing and exporting of data as required to synchronize back end systems
· Working with SD and IT to manage project implementation and back-end integration
· Send out email update to company with projects, priorities, and changes to CRM
° Include in that update: usage statistics
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology
· 6 + years’ experience in field or related field
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Strong project management, data management, and training and support skills
· Exceptional knowledge of marketing and sales processes and workflows
· Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
· Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
· Effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
