Cycle3 IT Staffing is seeking a Data Conversion Manager for a full time permanent opportunity in Arkansas.
The primary focus and responsibility of this position is to direct and coordinate the operations of the data conversion team, while maintaining the standards and objectives outlined for the department. This position is also responsible for supervising staff in accordance with company policies and procedures, for hiring, training and coaching employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage employee activity, development and standards
o Interview and hire new employees
o Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments, vacations, breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees
o Perform all disciplinary actions
o Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews
o Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
o Communication with employees any changes to current systems
o Continual training program development
o Complete Human Resource paperwork
o Provide support, encouragement and recognition through words and actions
· Manage departmental standards
o Service Level
o Membership agreements/Change-forms days out
· Building and maintaining client relations through daily exposure to clients
· Ability to mentor, interact and ensure cross team and cross department cooperation
· Ensure employees have access to the necessary resources to work efficiently
· Provide reports and information to clients as requested
· Assist Account Executives with data conversion client issues
· Coordinate and maintain data conversion scheduling
o Calendar
o CRM
o Import Log
· Facilitate weekly departmental meetings
· Developing new systems as needed
· Schedule and coordinate with client and vendors for data retrieval process and process conversion
· Manage the entire process of the upload to the i740 ensuring its success
· Manage the process of the data build to the Datatrak server
· Communicate with the Account Executive and the client regarding all aforementioned variations and exceptions in the data
· Manage the process to ensure any and all sweeps required post conversion are completed according to schedule; including terminations, profit centers, collections, etc.
· Communicate with all relevant divisions of the company regarding details of the conversion
· Take all necessary steps to ensure the company first bill date is met
· Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate all timelines and processes are met
QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be confident and self motivating
· Possess sound problem solving and analytical skills
· Must be able to coordinate and maintain several projects with multiple deadlines
· Must be well organized
· Must be willing to travel up to 10%
· Must have the ability to multi-task
· Ability to learn and implement technical skills
· Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
· Must be customer-focused and service oriented
· Ability to make independent decisions and take calculated risks
· Must be able to accurately and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· HS School Diploma or equivalent
· College Degree (optional)
· 2+ years’ previous management experience preferred
· 2+ years’ previous experience in software conversions
