Cycle3 IT Staffing is seeking a Database and Operations Manager for a full time permanent opportunity.

 

Position summary

 

Oversees and is responsible for all aspects of running the internal operations of the capital campaign, to include monitoring the workflow, overseeing the support staff, directly assisting the campaign directors, and coordinating all systems involved with the campaign. Responsible for maintaining and updating the Raiser’s Edge application database including but not limited to donor records, pledges, payments, pay-schedules, address changes, deposits, matching gifts, data reporting, and other account maintenance.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Monitors daily workflow and productivity.

Maintains the Raiser’s Edge database.

Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, meeting minutes, and donor

correspondence.

Assigns duties to support staff as needed.

Files and organizes materials, correspondence, and reports.

Verifies and balances the daily posting to Raiser’s Edge and the general ledger.

Executes daily recap programs and balancing functions.

Responsible for the input of the pledges and payments.

Imports lockbox file into application system.

Records deposits for checks received in the office.

Manages large mailings using variable data accurately.

Enters address changes, additions or deletions.

Assists Director of Finance with various reports and spreadsheets, and other tasks as assigned.

Assists with the preparation of campaign progress report (i.e. data gathering, input, report preparation).

Other duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

 

College degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.

Previous managerial and project management experience.

Accounting or finance experience.

Experience with Raiser’s Edge a plus.

At least 2 years experience in fund development.

General knowledge of system applications.

Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
