Cycle3 IT Staffing are seeking a Lead Front End Developer for a permanent full time opportunity in Kansas.

 

The Lead Front End Developer is responsible for defining and implementing the technical direction for setting up wireframes. Create and plan technical requirements, scalability, and browser conflicts for wireframes.  Maintains in-depth knowledge of CSS, HTML, and javascript. Develops and provides mentorship and training resources that ensure best practices. Works with internal and external customers to deliver high quality products. 

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Implement best practices, standards and processes that ensure our wireframe process is both scalable and adaptable to change
Stay current with latest trends within the market and technology to ensure company is meeting our customer’s needs
Participate in key technical decisions regarding wireframes and processes
Maintain ongoing efforts to improve website usability
Participate in hiring and employee reviews
Work directly with software analyst and QA to scope projects affecting wireframe setup.
Work directly with the graphic designers to ensure the product they create fits within the guidelines for wireframe setup
Develop wireframes meeting best practices and to ensure scalability.
CSS, HTML, Javascript knowledge gathering as it changes
Develop solutions for complex problems as it relates to wireframes
Provide technical support and assistance for support staff
Design and implement automation where possible
Work with network admin to forecast and implement scalable hardware and networking solutions
Contribute to the internal developer web site
Responsible for completing employee performance reviews and development plans
May be asked to perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

At least 2 years comparable business experience
Strong technical and analytical skills
Expert knowledge of CSS, HTML, and Javascript
Experience working with Photoshop CS5 and above
Possess excellent troubleshooting skills
Expert Knowledge of Visual Studio, SQL Database Management, IIS, Windows 2008 environment
DNS knowledge
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering preferred
