Cycle3 IT Staffing is seeking a Manager-Consumer Marketing Analytics for a full time permanent role.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Manager – Consumer Marketing Analytics

 

Reporting to the Director, Customer Relationship Management, the Consumer Marketing Analytics Manager will lead the development of advanced consumer insights related to the company’s marketing efforts, including digital, social and traditional.  This position will build an analytic structure to allow the company to define marketing performance and opportunities.  The Manager will partner with all functions within Integrated Marketing to ensure support of required analytics and reporting.  The Manager will perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the mission and values of the company.

 

High-level Job Requirements

 

  • Lead the management of the company’s consumer marketing analytics, understanding all multi-channel marketing efforts, including all digital products and social media, providing insights and making proactive recommendations to improve the consumer experience
  • Fuse large, disparate data sets with analytic concepts to inform consumer segment decisions, propensity models, marketing performance forecasts & cohort analyses
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Marketing goals & visions and exceptional ability to prioritize & guide work to meet those goals

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Consumer Marketing Analytics

  • Define & lead analysis of customer data sets to aid in the company’s understanding of key marketing behaviors, including acquisition, conversion, engagement & retention
  • Identify & define key metrics to assist in the company’s marketing efforts
  • Lead analysis of performance & mix of digital, social & traditional marketing tactics
  • Identify & build consumer and data cohorts for use in the company’s marketing campaigns
    • Create and measure A/B & multi-variate tests and guide execution
  • Create & communicate insights that contribute to ongoing strategic marketing development
  • Build & manage customer analytics dashboards and reports

Digital Analytics

  • Lead the administration & management of the company’s digital & social tools, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe DTM & Social Studio
  • Be the subject matter expert for digital and social analytics
  • Develop reporting & dashboards for all the company’s digital platforms
  • Analyze and interpret trends for organic search & organic social marketing efforts; provide actionable insights based on available data

Prediction & Forecasting

  • Lead the development of predictive models to aid in acquisition, conversion, engagement & retention
  • Lead the development of Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) models, cluster/cohort analysis, marketing ROI models
  • Establish & encourage a rigorous testing & analysis design for marketing
  • Liaise with the company’s Technology Services (MTS) & Marketing Database & Technology Manager to obtain & build clean, relevant data that fuel analyses
  • Find trends & anomalies in our data and determine & communicate associated value

Marketing Operations

  • Collaborate with technology services, Digital, Community Relations, Media Relations, Brand, Market Analytics and CRM teams to lead ongoing reporting and analytics requirements
  • Support & advocate for Marketing’s Operational Cadence across the team
  • Change Management – Embrace fluidity of the healthcare industry and changes likely to occur in coming years, acknowledging that ministry needs will require role variation for all. Our entire department will be required to accept change and to lead through it

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree – Marketing, Economics, Business, Statistics, Finance or similar area of study
  • Masters degree in above field preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience with consumer analytics and marketing including:
    • Advanced analytics experience, preferably including Mix Models, Logistic & Linear Regression, Machine Learning, Decision Trees and ROMI models
    • Experience using data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS
    • Experience designing & measuring multivariate tests
    • Experience building dashboards & visualizations (Qlik, Lumira, Tableau)
    • Experience enabling large data sets for use in Modeling & Analytic projects
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
  • Health care experience preferred, but not required
