Cycle3 IT Staffing is seeking a Lead QA Analyst for a contract to hire role.
The purpose of this position is to establish and maintain solid testing practices to lead up all testing efforts for the suite of IT Projects. The Lead QA Analyst will continually analyze the IT Project landscape to determine the types of testing and test approaches necessary to ensure IT projects are delivered to the quality expectations of customers.
This position will lead/supervise a team of testers and determine QA staffing for IT projects, provide accurate testing estimates for projects, monitor project test results, verify the creation of testing deliverables per company standards, and ensure timely QA status reporting and communications. The Lead QA Analyst will also participate in hands-on test planning, development, and test execution at relevant times.
