Overview

Senior SAP Applications expert skilled in the functionality and configuration of SAP Customer Relationship Management {CRM} and Business Intelligence {BI /BW } to lead the development and support of the customer focus initiatives including: complaint tracking, customer product handling requirements, sales opportunities and contact management.

 

Essential Functions

·         Provide vision and strategic direction for CRM & BI and related areas of SAP R/3

·         Serve as CRM & BI module functional lead in end-to-end SAP implementations

·         Lead requirement gathering facilitated sessions for “as-is” process mapping and “to-be” process design

·         Assist in the evaluation, definition and approval of SAP modifications and enhancements in CRM & BI  and related areas

·         Support in testing and implementation of new SAP releases

·         Maintain company’s SAP configuration and configuration change documentation

·         Provide second level support to installed systems and users in the above areas

·         Coordinate end-user training including creation of training material, conducting training sessions

·         ABAP knowledge to enhance CRM functionality and business user interface

 

 

Skill/Experience Requirement

·         Bachelor's degree required

·         Five or more years of CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years of configuration experience including project implementations 

·         Two to three Full-life cycle implementation experience preferred

·         Strong knowledge of CRM

·         Thorough understanding of CRM and BW integration with ECC (i.e MM, SD, GTM…etc)

·         Working experience of ECC 6.0

·         Must be able to scope and create BPPs (Business Process Procedures) and PDDs (Process Definition Document).  These are the necessary documents delivered in Configuration

·         Must be able to scope, review, and create functional specifications and assist the development team in writing the technical specifications for CRM  “FRICE” (i.e. Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancement)

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in general and strong facilitation and presentation experience skills specifically

·         Strong interpersonal skill

·         Comfortable in defending SAP solutions with peers forming an SAP governance council

·         Very detail oriented person with superior problem solving ability

·         Prefer someone who has performed in a lead role and in more than one implementation

·         Seeking a “go-to” person that has the experience to solve tough problems

·         Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
