Cycle3 IT Staffing  is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruiting and staffing for our rapidly growing business. We seek a high energy, great attitude recruiter who can find and recruit the top technical talent to help expand our business, service client needs, staff projects, and build in-house talent pools.  The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with our business development, account management, and delivery teams to ensure all consulting resource needs are met, and will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle process from sourcing and recruiting to placement and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit technical, consulting, and business professional resources to support the business development, account management, and delivery teams
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiting, to interview scheduling, logistics coordination, and placement
  • Source candidates from a wide range of channels for a wide range of positions
  • Network with potential candidates utilizing the latest social recruiting vehicles
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, networking events, career fairs, and social hours as needed to expand the brand
  • Conduct high quality candidate solicitation, phone screens, and interviews that excite and intrigue candidates while building the brand
  • Execute a “no-surprise” employment verification process
  • Implement and maintain job postings/candidate management database and processes
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and employees that provide maximum retention of high-performing resources
  • Implement recruiting efficiency and recruiting quality improvements through cutting edge sourcing strategies and recruiting approach
  • Excel in a dynamic, changing, and growth-oriented environment

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with preference for technical, business, HR, or industry specific disciplines
  • 2-4 years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record of success
  • Experience with multiple sourcing, recruiting and tracking tools
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Flexible and adaptable, with reinvention potential to learn and perform new responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • High speed and high energy, ambitious and growth seeking
  • Results-oriented with a desire to set and exceed aggressive goals
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills; effective both via phone and electronically
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
