We are in need of a Solutions Analyst. In this position you will be responsible for providing primary technical support to external customers via phone, email, or in person. This is a highly visible position requiring excellent customer service skills, clear communication, and a high degree of organization and good problem solving skills. Must be able to troubleshoot various technical questions including software, network, connectivity etc. Providing excellent customer service and training is essential.
Skills required:
•Strong WinXP troubleshooting skills
•Basic networking skills including active directory, network shares and permissions
•Proficient in common office applications, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe
•Ability to learn new software products quickly and be able to support wide range of proprietary applications
•Must be organized and efficient with an attention to detail and excel in an interruption driven environment
•Database experience a plus
•This position requires the ability to lift/move/carry personal computers and peripherals and to bend, crawl, and reach in order to install equipment.
•25% travel
