Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for leading efforts to formulate and define scope and objectives based on user needs and has a thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory business processes.  Works with internal business groups to collect and define requirements, translate these into functional design documents and participates in technical design, test planning and user documentation processes. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 year degree in Computer Science.  Masters Degree preferred.
• 8 or more years of experience in information systems technology in the financial services industry.

• Proven project leadership skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Exceptional technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts in verbal or written business terms.
• Experience in compliance and security projects.      

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional project/team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks consecutively.
• Archer technologies (preferred but not required)
• Clarity technologies. (preferred but not required)
• Implementation of new software experience
• CRM experience
• Strong Excel experience
• Configuration experience
• Customization experience
