Responsible for setup, testing, implementation, support and training of assigned software product(s). Duties include consulting with clients, interpretation of clients business procedures and tailoring assigned products to complement clients business procedures, testing and documenting releases for products, training client designees in proper use of product and providing product support.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prefer 3-5 years underwriting or insurance experience.
Prefer advanced skills and experience in Excel usage.
Prefer experience with SQL database and analyzer.
Prefer INS Certificate and/or AAM designation.
