Cycle3 IT Staffing is seeking a Business Analyst with SAP Plant Maintenance experience for a long term contract opportunity.



Configures, implements, maintains and upgrades Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management). Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization. Provides ongoing ERP system support. May be involved in the requirements definition and software vendor selection phase. Usually requires 15 years of previous experience. 



Business Analyst in the area of SAP Plant Maintenance will work within the high performance, fast pace Supply Chain Manufacturing IT Team. Exceptional teamwork and communication skills are critical to the success of the individual and the achievement of business results.


Responsibilities will include:

Working in close relationship to Seed and Chemical Manufacturing and Analytical groups to understand business processes.

Working with and supporting the Business Network and working to develop and manage enterprise solutions to problems that best reduce company's operating costs within the Supply Chain.

Planning, design, configuration, testing, training of SAP PP/PI Module.

Configuration of all of SAP PM/PI, MRP functionality.

Production support of current sites using SAP PM/PP/PI. Support of these processes includes developing and maintaining interfaces to other supporting systems, and touch points.

Driving improvements and enhancements at manufacturing sites

Development of Functional Design Specifications and other detailed enhancement documentation to support custom program and BI reports development.

Cross-functional work with MM, QM, ABAP, Security, Basis, Operations, and other teams as necessary to resolve technical and process issues

Understanding and supporting integration issues that affect the PM/PP Processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements either in existing designs or by adopting new functionalities available in ECC 6.0

Search and Implement SAP’s OSS system.

Required Skills: (Ranking of skills preferred with number at the end of sentence)

Minimum 3 years SAP configuration experience for Plant Maintenance Processes

At least 2 full life cycle implementation experience.

Experience in configuring and managing the implementation of functionality including Notifications, Workflow and other key related process with PM

Solid understanding of MRP process

Understanding of material configuration structure and batch classification structure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and results oriented

Solid experience in the use of User Exits, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, LSMW

Demonstrate effectiveness in meeting with users and management to define complex business requirements in sufficient detail to determine the appropriate SAP configuration or development required, or to document why the requirement cannot be satisfied by an SAP-based solution.

Ability to work with a process person to develop, document and translate business requirements into conceptual designs.

Ability to write functional design specifications for PM module custom programming (more than just configuring for a specific process)

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field is required.

 Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 version
