Cycle3 IT Staffing is seeking 3-4 entry level Help Desk Specialists for contract to hire opportunities in St. Louis, Missouri.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·Research and implement cutting-edge solutions to common problems in network implementation and connectivity. Analyze and design business databases and systems.

·Utilize a methodical approach to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend innovative solutions to our multi-platform environment.

·Seek and obtain superior knowledge of Company’s hardware and software.

·Keep abreast of current industry trends, products, and technologies.

·Manage, maintain, and improve Company’s Intranet Website and customer Online Business Center.

·Provide optimal performance to our 40 teams nationwide with superior technical support of internal hardware and software via email, telephone, and rare on-site visits.

·Accurately document technical issues to facilitate diagnostics and prompt solutions

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

·Require Associate’s Degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Management Information Systems (CMIS) or related program; cumulative GPA 3.15 and above.

Applications accepted from individuals currently enrolled in final year of Associate’s Degree program, who can work a full-time MON-FRI 8am-5pm schedule.

·Require 1-5 years previous IT work experience; also prefer work experience in a Customer Service role.

·Require Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Servers; Strong/Advanced ability in PC Repair/troubleshooting.

·Require Strong/Advanced knowledge of network and PC configuration with outside software and connectivity to printers & other devices.

·Require Excellent interpersonal skills—able to communicate effectively with employees and executives; High degree of patience with people and processes.

·Require Ability to prioritize and multitask to accomplish objectives in an organized fashion.

·Require all team members to work hard & smart—never satisfied with the status quo; Possess high expectations of what can be accomplished by self AND team.

·Require Interest in continued growth and future leadership. Use of a variety of technologies and methods.

·Require sitting for extended periods of time; occasional lifting 5-50 lbs.; occasional bending/squatting/kneeling/crawling/climbing.

 

·Prefer Travel 5-15%.
