Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect

We are seeking a contractor with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architecture roles.

This position is responsible for providing strategic technical consulting on systems architecture and technology implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role includes participating in business capture activities and working with new clients to architect solutions that address their business pain points. Responsibilities include establishing and clearly communicating departmental strategy to management team; providing feedback regarding tactical operations for department including budgeting, goal setting, and managing performance; following organization’s policies and applicable legal requirements; determining and implementing appropriate staffing and customer interaction guidelines for work team(s); and monitoring performance leading to successful results. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

-Lead internal technical teams to develop reference solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and 3rd party vendor products that can be applied to multiple client opportunities. 
-Ensure that the product architectures and architecture evolution plans are aligned with the technical architecture direction as well as technology trends of clients. Provide an assessment back to the Executive Team of gaps that may exist and create an action plan to close them. 
-Consult with senior client executives on technical issues relating to strategic due diligence efforts. 
-Develop systems architecture and new technology position papers. 
-Provide industry thought leadership on key design decisions, while carefully weighing TCO and timeline/risk impacts

Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with fifteen or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
-Experience with leading CRM providers for sales, marketing and service 
-A minimum of 3-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, consulting and implementation experience. 
-Experience and hands on knowledge with Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, Windows Workflow Foundation, Silverlight, etc. 
-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, BizTalk, SQL Server and Business Intelligence highly desirable. 
-More than fifteen years of experience in the architecture, design, development, and testing of high-volume, high-performance software systems. 
-Ability to rapidly develop broad knowledge of products 
-Excellent technical, analysis, communications, mentoring, and teamwork skills a must. 
-Must have proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Exce
