Maintains in-depth up-to-date knowledge of standards, guidelines, and industry trends for BI architecture.
Ensures alignment between Data Architect, ETL Architect, MSTR Infrastructure Architect and Database Architect.
Researches, evaluates and selects from existing and emerging technologies the options best fitting business and strategic needs.
Leads efforts to catalog and share research results related to current vs. future BI architecture states.
Ensures common application architectural frame work and patterns across the Platform.
Sets and creates BI standards, directions, guidelines, processes, etc to be adhered to by developers.
Metric Naming Standards.
High Level Development Standards.
Estimation Guidelines.
Report Functional Design Template.
Version Control Guidelines.
Detailed Design Template and Standards.
Experience:
Minimum requirements for position:
Candidates MUST have MicroStrategy software experience.
Successful candidates will have strong overall business acumen and excellent data warehousing skill with experience in MicroStrategy 9 and Teradata.
Must have a minimum experience of 5 years' experience in Teradata, writing SQL and experience developing and supporting MicroStrategy.
Bachelors degree required.
