Cycle3 IT Staffing is seeking a .Net developer candidate for one of our clients.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new functionality for our industry-leading eGov software while also enhancing the existing system. Our software environment is .NET (C#), so experience with this technology is important; however, we value the analytical approach and software savviness of our developers more than their experience in a specific programming language or software suite. A firm knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is important. Agile programming is the development methodology we use, not waterfall.
Primary Responsibilities
- Write outstanding code and develop world-class functionality that is 90% bug free…the first time!
- Perform initial testing on developed code
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
- Look beyond the current line of code being written to see the larger effect and future direction of the system
- Maintain design documentation for a changing code environment
Requirements
- 4 years of software development experience
- 4 years of web-based software development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience building award-winning web applications
Desired
- ASP.NET development experience
- Agile experience
