Qualifications:
Prior experience with processes and procedures at the corporate level of a company. CMMi level 2 experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract. Responsible for verifying that each functional component of the software project follows a defined process which is in conformance with contractual requirements. Report's findings to project staff, line management of the organization, and the customer, as appropriate. Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process.

Developing and implementing quality control methodologies to ensure
compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines and procedures;
*       Developing and defining characteristics of quality including quality
metrics and scoring parameters;
*       Ensuring all documented guidelines and operating procedures for
quality assurance/control are followed for all areas of performance;
*       Identifying modifications to procedures or other corrective actions
to improve or remedy deficiencies and building additional quality reviews, as needed, into the operating procedures for the Principal Task Area of the contract;
*       Making recommendations to the Government to improve operations; and
*       Responding to and coordinating CMMIsm/ PARM requirements and related process improvement activities.

Experience:
Prior experience with processes and procedures at the corporate level of a company. CMMi level 2 experience

Education:
B.A. or B.S. degree.
