We are seeking a candidate with Salesforce.com Administrator experience.
The Salesforce.com Administrator is responsible for the global implementation, maintenance,
and optimization of Salesforce.com within the company. This individual is responsible
for user management, configuration, customization, report and dashboard development, data
management, campaign management, training, and support for AppExchange applications. This position
requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Candidates must possess the
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator designation, and have knowledge of Agile development processes and techniques. The position is located in Sherwood Arkansas, though candidates may live and work anywhere in the US and travel to the company as required.
Responsibilities:
•Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
•Maintain user roles, security, and profiles.
•Maintain workflow rules, field updates, and email alerts.
•Manage mass imports and exports of data.
•Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix production issues.
•Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users.
•Conduct training of SalesForce.com to users
•Work with SalesForce developers on system extensions, customizations, and integrations
•Configure identity confirmation/login restrictions
•Set security and access rights, including organization-wide defaults, roles, role hierarchy, sharing rules, public groups, teams, and folders
•Set up Workflow and Workflow Approval processing
•Perform data validation and use data utilities, including the Data Loader and Mass Delete
•Configure/use standard reports, custom reports, and custom report types
•Configure/use dashboards and dashboard components
•Print and export reports; email and schedule reports and dashboard refresh
•Set up Marketing campaigns, campaign hierarchies, lead queues, assignment rules, and Web-to-lead and auto-response rules
•Configure campaign measurement, campaign influence, and lead conversion
•Set up Salesforce Console functionality and navigation
•Configure custom objects, applications, and tabs
•Install/uninstall packages from the AppExchange
•Manage tasks, events, public calendars, and multiday events
•Manage cases, case hierarchies, case queue, Web-to-case, and email-to-case
•Ensure cross-team and cross-department cooperation
•Perform other duties as assigned by manager or management
Skills Required:
•SQL experience
•Experience working in an Agile programming environment
•Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical data
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education Requirement:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university
•3 years experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.
•SalesForce.com Certified Administrator certification
