SAP CRM

Cycle3 IT Staffing has an immediate need for a SAP CRM consultant for a short-term project in St. Louis, MO. (3 months)

Consultant will be responsible for:

·         Configures, implements, maintains and upgrades CRM design and configuration.

·         Analyzes user CRM requirements and integrates ECC Sales/Middleware/CRM.

·         Understands SAP OTC life cycle.

·         Candidate must have minimum of 7-10 years experience in SAP CRM design and configuration, focusing on CIC (and Telephony integration).
