– Support position with primary focus of daily incident management and performance monitoring
– Small capital projects (upgrade projects, new reports, enhancing systems)
– Provide technical support to non-technical users, communications with IS and non-IS teams and leadership
– Must be able to travel to all Corporate locations
Experience
Database Platforms SQL Server
Programming Languages Crystal Reports
Programming Languages HL7
Skill Category Integration Testing
Additional Skills:
SQL Server 2008 R2
SQL Server Management Studio – 1-2 years
Customer Support experience – 2-3 years
Healthcare Industry knowledge – 1-2 years
