Cycle3 IT Staffing is currently seeking a Senior dotNet Developer/MOSS Architect to provide leadership in planning, analysis, design, construction, implementation, maintenance, documentation and validation of all information systems used by the Company.   In this role you will also be asked to provide quality programming using the Microsoft ‘.Net’ and MS SharePoint technology.  Further, the position will create and architect new applications, analyze packages for compatibility and implementation, provide interfaces between existing systems on all platforms, improves performance of packages and other applications, evaluate new packages for technical issues and provide training for junior programmers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

7 years of experience in Information Systems. This should include MS Visual Studio .Net (VB.Net, C#.Net, ASP.Net) and MS SharePoint development.

Solid experience in SQL Management Clients such as MS SQL Server Management Studio.

Some exposure to AS/400.

History of successful software development and implementation.

Some project leadership at the architectural and design level.

Strong hands-on ability with languages.

Experience in optimizing system and performance.

Knowledge of Relational Database management Systems including the SQL and DB2/400. In-depth knowledge of computer systems, interfaces, performance, design and business requirements.

Ability to build architecture for applications including development of prototypes, design specifications, documentation, entity diagrams, and data flow diagrams. The ability to lead from a technical design focuses the development and implementation of software from beginning to successful implementation.

SharePoint 2007/2010 solution design, implementation, search/fast configuration, administration, infrastructure design, development management/lead role, rapid POC design and mentoring. Solid experience with SharePoint system administration. Strong understanding of SharePoint Farm architectures. Knowledge of SharePoint Central Administration, SSP and site collection settings

Designing server farms and Share Services platforms.

Knows how to design MOSS architecture (site collections, site hierarchy, content types)

Web Content Management design (publishing sites, internet based sites), guide installations, and migrations. 

Needs to understand how to perform capacity planning, SP best practices.

Solid disaster recovery skills (backup, restore) of SharePoint and Database objects – Strong SQL database management and troubleshooting skills.

Strong T-SQL knowledge and experience with SSRS.

Understanding of host headers and SSL technology.

.NET programming to deploy the wsp packages.

Experience in deploying and configuring 3rd party web parts.

Must be knowledgeable with additional infrastructure features (Security, Network, Database etc)

• Expert in MS Visual Studio .Net(VB.net, C#.Net, ASP.Net), Visual Source Safe, SharePoint 2007/2010(MOSS), InfoPath, Window Workflow Foundation, Window Communication Foundation, Window Presentation Foundation, MS SQL Server, DTS, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, XLST, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, AJAX, Oracle, DB2 and OLAP Reporting in Windows environments.
