Qualified candidates should have a strong consultative focus with a proven track record supporting complex telephony solutions, including Cisco Call Manager and Unity.
Experience providing support for large telephony environments supporting 1000+ handsets.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 is a plus.
Will be responsible for the design, stability and integrity of our multifaceted telephony systems Accountable for the planning, design and coordination of major telecommunications projects.
Responsible for monitoring and supporting all company phone systems.
Assists in the management of the voice network while implementing change control and documentation processes.
Resident expert that troubleshoots and solves complex customer telephony issues that have been escalated internally.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, be self-driven and able to work with limited supervision.
A strong working knowledge of IP networking is required and a minimum CCNA certification is preferred. Cisco CCVP certification is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
