Responsibilities:
•Administer and support SQL databases in both a production and test environment, including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, database (and server) issues as well as the planning for and performing of upgrades.
•Build and Develop Custom SQL queries, scripts, views and stored procedures as requested by the business partners.
•Assist in planning disaster recovery for database and application servers.
•Log, track, and resolve daily issues; including problem reports, change requests, and any other questions.
•Formulate and review long term plans for implementations or upgrades of new technology which meet corporate, end user, and technical requirements and standards
•Work in concert with local, regional, and national technology teams, datacenter staff, and external vendors to accomplish tasks.
•Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
•Working knowledge of the SQL language.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
•Working knowledge of Accounting Principles GAAP.
•Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and solve problems at all levels of a client/server architecture.
•Demonstrated skills in project and time management.
•Ability to effectively and regularly communicate written, verbally, and in person.
•Ability to work in an autonomous or unsupervised environment.
•Ability to work in a correctional environment.
•Must pass background check(s): criminal, drug screen and credit check.
•Ability to secure and maintain correctional security clearance.
