Description  The Web Producer builds and maintains best-in-class web development across our entire portfolio of client sites.  This professional is a critical member of our team translating design mastery into a web experience that helps engage the client’s target audience; setting them apart from the competition.  From blogs, email communications and micro sites to large-scale web applications and content management platforms, the Web Producer is driven to ensure the end product is relevant, compelling and cutting edge. RequirementsEducation & Training Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design/Visual Communications, Interactive Media or related area: or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience3 – 5 years experience in the development of best-in-class, cutting edge HTML in a diverse technology setting.  Agency experience preferred. ·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in sales and marketing environments ·  Proven ability to translate a dynamic creative expression against development requirements and specifications ·  Thorough understanding of SEO and UI best practices ·  Evaluates multiple priorities and delivers consistently with excellence ·  Diverse coding skill sets with the ability to learn new methodologies independently  Required Qualifications ·  Passionate about contributing to best-in-class content and products. ·  Proactively becomes familiar with client’s audience and market. ·  Current on usability standards and best user experience practices online ·  Experience in web 2.0 technologies like blogs and wikis ·  Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously, and assist the product team in meeting project deadlines, hunts down answers and avoids roadblocks ·  Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills ·  Demonstrated desire to self-educate on changing and emerging industry trends  Technical Knowledge·  Knowledge of cross-browser development, browser degradation and multiple email clients ·  Working knowledge of content management systems (e.g. DotNetNuke, TeamSite, MOSS) ·  Experience with XHTML, HTML and CSS, and developing table-less web layouts using DIV tags ·  Familiarity with the .NET platform ·  Working knowledge of Dreamweaver and/or other HTML/CSS tools ·  Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe CS ·  Working knowledge of email broadcast tools and best practices in privacy, tracking and response reporting ·  Diverse working knowledge of image optimization methodologies ·  Experience using software applications such as Microsoft Office
